m3-ZT is the union of 3 brothers, all 3 – each for himself – were independent in the construction industry and decided at the end of 2014 to combine their expertise, merge their companies and so, together to offer a great whole.

The idea of an integrative planning process is at the top of the list. From the basic idea to project execution, all phases of a project are handled in a constructive, creative and coordinative manner. For us it was important to take up an apprenticeship in addition to our education – HTL, studies, master builder’s examination and civil engineer’s examination – if possible. The networking of theory and practice is the top priority.
In addition to our planning activities, we are particularly in demand for our competence as sworn experts and for passing on our many years of proven expertise to other people(consulting).

M3-ZT is:

Nachhaltige Projektgestaltung
als zentrale Idee

Der nachhaltige Umgang mit unseren Ressourcen und dem damit verbundenen ganzheitlichen Gedanken beschreibt die Einstellung, die wir uns von Beginn an zur Aufgabe gemacht haben, wohl am besten. Die Idee nachhaltige und ökologisch saubere Projekte zu entwickeln, hat uns begeistert und dazu bewegt, diesen Weg einzuschlagen und nachhaltig zu verfolgen. Auch privat sind wir der Natur verbunden – wir sind neben unseren Berufen als Bauingenieure auch Landwirt und Holzknecht (Christoph), Tischler, Zimmerer und Fischer (Stefan und Matthias).

Beim Bauen muss man an den gesamten Lebenszyklus und auch schon an die Entsorgung denken – wir sind es Mutter Erde und unseren nachkommenden Generationen schuldig. So setzen wir, wo immer es uns und dem Bauherrn möglich ist, auf nachhaltige Rohstoffe.

Vom privaten Wohnhaus bis zum Gewerbe- und Industriebau gilt es, das beste Ergebnis für den Eigentümer zu erzielen. Dabei ist es uns wichtig, den Menschen gut zuzuhören, um ihre Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen zu erfahren. Ebenso wichtig ist es, ein Projekt von der ersten Sekunde an gut zu strukturieren und in einzelne Phasen zu unterteilen, um die Planung und Entwicklung Schritt für Schritt wunschgemäß umsetzen zu können.

Nikolaus Eisl was the first in the team of the trio of brothers – he started as a graduate of the Holztechnikum Kuchl as a technical draftsman and helped Christoph to digitize his ideas and designs, in the new 3D program. The soon-to-be graduate of the career-accompanying study program “Smart Building” at the FH Salzburg is also supported by Florian Eisl – Florian is also studying architecture in Graz.
Student and computer geek Michael Eisl has been supporting the team part-time since his internship in the summer of 2022 – he introduced virtual reality glasses to us with his VR expertise.
Since the fall of 2022, architect Martin Frenkenberger from Thalgau has been on board and found his place in the team as a full-time employee. Katharina Mösl, the wife of planner Christoph Mösl and also a wood technology graduate, is responsible for graphics, homepage and PR at m3 on a part-time basis.
