m3-ZT is the merger of 3 brothers who were all self-employed in the construction industry and decided at the end of 2014 to pool their expertise, merge their companies and thus be able to offer a great whole together .

The idea of an integrative planning process is at the top of the list. From the basic idea through to project implementation, all phases of a project are handled constructively, creatively and in a coordinated manner. It was important for us to take up an apprenticeship in addition to our training – HTL, studies, master builder examination and civil engineer examination – if possible. The networking of theory and practice is the top priority.

In addition to our planning activities, we are particularly in demand for our competence as sworn experts and for passing on our many years of proven expertise to other people(consulting).

Nachhaltige Projektgestaltung
als zentrale Idee

Der nachhaltige Umgang mit unseren Ressourcen und dem damit verbundenen ganzheitlichen Gedanken beschreibt die Einstellung, die wir uns von Beginn an zur Aufgabe gemacht haben, wohl am besten. Die Idee nachhaltige und ökologisch saubere Projekte zu entwickeln, hat uns begeistert und dazu bewegt, diesen Weg einzuschlagen und nachhaltig zu verfolgen. Auch privat sind wir der Natur verbunden – wir sind neben unseren Berufen als Bauingenieure auch Landwirt und Holzknecht (Christoph), Tischler und Zimmerer (Stefan und Matthias).

Beim Bauen muss man an den gesamten Lebenszyklus und auch schon an die Entsorgung denken – wir sind es Mutter Erde und unseren nachkommenden Generationen schuldig. So setzen wir, wo immer es uns und dem Bauherrn möglich ist, auf nachhaltige Rohstoffe.

Vom privaten Wohnhaus bis zum Gewerbe- und Industriebau gilt es, das beste Ergebnis für den Eigentümer zu erzielen. Dabei ist es uns wichtig, den Menschen gut zuzuhören, um ihre Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen zu erfahren. Ebenso wichtig ist es, ein Projekt von der ersten Sekunde an gut zu strukturieren und in einzelne Phasen zu unterteilen, um die Planung und Entwicklung Schritt für Schritt wunschgemäß umsetzen zu können.

Nikolaus Eisl was the first in the team of the trio of brothers – he started as a graduate of the Holztechnikum Kuchl as a technical draftsman and helped Christoph to digitize his ideas and designs, in the new 3D program. In the meantime, almost no challenge in 3D modeling is too great for the inventor and“Smart Building” graduate of the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences.
Architect DI Martin Frenkenberger from Thalgau has been on board since fall 2022 and found his place in the team as a full-time employee in planning and construction management.
Master carpenter Florian Eisl supports us alongside his architecture studies in Graz and is an expert in furniture planning.
Tech geek Michael Eisl stayed with us after his internship in summer 2022. With his technical expertise, he introduced the virtual reality glasses to us and now controls our new drone, among other things.
Katharina Mösl, the wife of Managing Director Christoph Mösl and also a graduate of the Holztechnikum-Kuchl University of Applied Sciences for Design & Product Management, is responsible for graphics, the homepage and PR.

In the meantime, co-founder Matthias Mösl has increasingly found his vocation as a lecturer at various technical teaching institutions and thus withdrew from the operational business of the GmbH in mid-2023. However, he will remain with us with his magnificent talents in special statics.
Thomas Neumann from Salzburg has been supporting us since Dec. 2023 in legal matters, your advantage e.g. in tricky submission procedures.
