Vacation apartment in the Salzkammergut

We are planning the conversion of an agricultural outbuilding in the Salzkammergut into a luxurious holiday apartment. The building, which was previously used for agricultural purposes, has been transformed into exclusive accommodation with a modern extension that combines contemporary comfort with the natural beauty of the region.

With its proximity to Salzburg, Bad Ischl and idyllic Hallstatt, the vacation apartment offers a perfect combination of culture, nature and luxury.

Our holistic construction planning encompasses visual as well as technical and economic aspects. We ensure that the architecture is stylishly embedded in the surroundings, while modern technologies and cost-optimized planning make the project sustainable and efficient. The survey with our drone and the design are based on our many years of experience in 3D planning.

In the next step, we take over the official building permits and accompany the construction process to ensure that this luxury vacation apartment soon becomes a reality and offers its guests an incomparable time-out in the Salzkammergut.
