A new wooden house for Flachau

For this modern timber construction project, we have maximized the use of the property conditions (boundary distances) and adapted the shape of the house accordingly. The louvers serve as shading and protect against summer overheating. The weather-resistant larch wood shingles protect the house from moisture (and last up to 4 times longer than, for example, a conventional styrofoam facade). An in-roof PV system serves as both an energy supplier and roof covering and is included in our project planning.
